The Lyrics they put into the music are forms of expression and an accurate delineation of everyday society. ‘This is what we need, take time to be ourselves and be free well it might just be enough’ The daily grind of modern day life can cause untold amounts of stress on us all, we seek for a form of escapism, something to help us unwind and forget about life even just for a short time. The Lightscopes are an Indie, Britpop, Rock & Roll band from Essex who were formed in 2015 Taking Influence from iconic bands such as Oasis, The Who, Sex Pistols, The Jam, Wolf Alice and The Enemy to name a few. ‘ Weekend Offender’has officially landed people !!įollowing on from their massively accredited first single release ‘In My Head‘ and forever true to their passion, the band ventured back into the studio this month to compile their 2nd single and once again have delivered the goods.
